• Paid Report ($29): A comprehensive analysis including:
  • Detailed AI exposure score (0-100)
  • Task-level breakdown
  • Defensibility analysis
  • Week-by-week action plan
  • Role-specific tool recommendations
  • Online report access

2.1 What This Service Is NOT

• Not a guarantee of job security or employment outcomes
• Not personalized career coaching or advice from a licensed professional
• Not a predictor of specific layoff events or company decisions
• Not a substitute for professional career counseling
• Not employment or legal advice

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use this service.

By using our service, you represent that:

• You meet the minimum age requirement
• You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement
• You will provide accurate and truthful information
• You will not use the service for any unlawful purpose

4. Account and Purchase

4.1 Account Creation

To purchase the full report, you must provide a valid email address. You are responsible for:

• Notifying us immediately of unauthorized access

5. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

5.3 EU Consumer Rights

As a digital service delivered immediately, by purchasing you explicitly agree to:

• Immediate delivery of the digital content
• Waiver of the standard 14-day EU withdrawal right (since content is delivered immediately)
• Our voluntary 14-day refund guarantee (more generous than required)

6. Disclaimers and Limitations

6.1 No Guarantee of Accuracy

Our AI assessment is based on publicly available research and statistical analysis. However:

• No forecasting model is 100% accurate
• Results are directional estimates, not guarantees
• AI adoption varies significantly by company and region
• Your actual career outcome depends on many factors we cannot predict

8. Intellectual Property

• The CareerAI Audit website, design, and branding
• The assessment methodology and algorithm
• Report templates and formatting
• All text, graphics, and code (except third-party content)

8.2 Your License

When you purchase a report, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license to:

• Access and view your report online
• Access and save your report for personal use
• Print your report for personal use
• Use the recommendations for your own career development

8.3 Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Resell, redistribute, or share your report commercially
• Reverse engineer or copy our assessment methodology
• Use our service to create a competing product
• Scrape or extract data from our website
• Remove copyright or attribution notices
• Share your report access link publicly

8.4 Team/Company Use

Each report license is for one person. If you want to assess multiple employees, contact us at support@dailylab.space for team pricing.

9. Acceptable Use

9.1 Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to:

• Provide false or misleading information in the assessment
• Attempt to manipulate or game the assessment results
• Use automated tools to submit assessments
• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on others' intellectual property or privacy
• Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Harass, threaten, or abuse our staff
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems

9.2 Consequences of Violation

If you violate these Terms, we may:

• Suspend or terminate your access immediately
• Refuse refunds
• Report illegal activity to authorities
• Pursue legal remedies

10. Account Termination

10.1 Your Right to Terminate

You can request account deletion at any time by emailing support@dailylab.space.

• We'll delete your data within 30 days (except purchase records required by law)
• You'll lose access to your report
• No refund if outside the 14-day guarantee period

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

• We're required to do so by law
• We discontinue the service (with 30 days notice)

11. Service Availability

11.1 Uptime

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may experience downtime due to:

• Scheduled maintenance (announced in advance)
• Unexpected technical issues
• Third-party service outages
• Force majeure events

11.2 Report Delivery

Reports are typically delivered within 2-5 minutes. In rare cases, generation may take longer due to high demand or technical issues.

12. Updates to Service

We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. This includes:

• Assessment questions and methodology
• Report format and content
• Data sources and research
• Pricing (new purchases only, existing purchases honored)

We'll notify you of material changes via email or website notice.

13. Third-Party Services

Our service integrates with third parties:

• Creem: Payment processing (see Creem's terms)
• Supabase: Database hosting
• Anthropic: AI model provider

We're not responsible for third-party services, their terms, or their availability.

14. Dispute Resolution

Before formal action, contact us at support@dailylab.space to resolve disputes informally. We'll respond within 5 business days.

14.2 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and your local EU member state consumer protection laws.

14.3 Jurisdiction

For EU consumers: You may bring legal action in your country of residence or where we're based.

14.4 EU Online Dispute Resolution

15. Severability

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.

19. Changes to These Terms

• Continued use after the effective date means you accept the new Terms
